Textile Syndicate operates as a trading company and does not manufacture the products listed on this website. All fabric and yarn is sourced from third-party mills and manufacturing partners. We act as an intermediary between buyers and manufacturers, facilitating transactions and ensuring quality standards.
Our role is to connect businesses with the right manufacturing partners, negotiate pricing, coordinate logistics, and ensure that products meet agreed specifications. We do not claim ownership of any manufacturing facilities or production lines.
2. Orders & Quotations
Prices and specifications shared on this website or through quotations are indicative and subject to confirmation at the time of formal order placement. Final terms, including pricing, delivery timelines, and product specifications, are confirmed in writing before dispatch.
All quotations are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to revise pricing based on market conditions, raw material costs, or changes in order quantity.
3. Quality & Inspection
Goods are inspected against the specification agreed with the buyer prior to dispatch. Minor tolerances in width, GSM, and colour are standard to woven fabric production. Our quality assurance team conducts thorough inspections to ensure that products meet agreed specifications.
While we strive to maintain the highest quality standards, we recommend that buyers conduct their own quality checks upon receipt of goods. Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
4. Payment & Delivery
Payment terms, delivery timelines, and freight responsibility are agreed on a per-order basis and confirmed in the order acknowledgement. We offer flexible payment options including advance payments, partial payments, and credit terms for established clients.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on manufacturing schedules, logistics conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.
5. Returns & Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled dispatch. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Returns are accepted only if the product does not meet the agreed specifications.
Any returns must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation and photographs. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer unless the product is found to be defective.
6. Limitation of Liability
Textile Syndicate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the products in question.
We do not guarantee that our products will meet specific performance standards or be suitable for any particular purpose. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that products meet their specific requirements.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
Both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any disputes amicably before resorting to legal proceedings.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
